Jay Lee graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science, specializing in civil and structural engineering. Prior to his graduation, Jay also accomplished the Project Management Certification from the UBC Sauder School of Business.
Jay has started out with a multiplex commercial real estate development project in 2012 and has worked and involved with many tenants and landlords in the Lower mainland area. Throughout his career, Jay has been the top producer and earned a reputation as one of the top real estate professionals in the Lower mainland, demonstrating great sales track commercials and residential records.
Jay has extensive experience in developing commercial land, assembling development sites, selling investment real estate, and project marketing. His tenacity and diligence are what sets him apart as a leader. Jay also co-founded Telus and Koodo Authorized Dealership and working as a managing partner, serving many clients. He has an established list of clientele who refer to him regularly for advice and transactional services. He is actively involved with large multi-market clients, working with partners overseas.
